I don't see anything wrong with that statement, "Vz makes a habit of using jurisdictional objections at ICSID to delay progress" see VVV- Infinito filing and others on ICSID site "all stocks in Arb gets a pop" thats a given, "may see a rush to settlement" good chance could happen
