In exchange for getting the MOC, KRY agreed to stop it's legal efforts to get recognition of its ownership claims which were rejected by the courts in 1998.

This is the basis for years of saying, "we have a contract not a concession and that all the talk about revocation of concessions has nothing to do with KRY"

I don't know if KRY reserved the right to reopen their legal pusuit of the claim. I doubt if that helps at this point
