remember why KRY ended up being awarded the MOC in the first place.

sure Ven owns the rights to the gold... they always did.

to my knowledge, KRY has never agreed that Ven owns the property.

my understanding is that KRY still has legal title and possession of the property even if they don't have the mineral rights or a mine operating contract.
