All I am saying is we have a 90 day window to resolve something, this was brought to light by G posting this particular contract rule. 90 days adds roughly 40 days to the current arb filing deadline, BUT is filing on a revocation better than filing on the permit denial? That S/B the only question not the 40 extra days.
