Now the arbitration case would be made on the contract revocation don't you think so? IMO we could go 90 days to resolve and then file based on the latest event.

Hondo....why waste more time? 2 years is long enough (imo). If China is indeed the 800 pound gorilla on our side, I propose the following approach:

Have Hu Jintau call El Piggo today and explain the facts of life to him. It would only take about 30 seconds out of Jintau's busy scedule. Give El Piggo till the end of the day to think about it.
