Let's put rationality aside for the time being and accept Hugo at his word since he is apparently walking his own talk. He says Rusoro. Agapov just made a large insider buy.

Rusoro is a Canadian Company.

Seems like Canada would DEFINATELY have something to say about Rusoro stealing Las Cristinas from another Canadian Company. What am I missing?
