Maybe I'm jumping the gun but what are the legalities of this?

Can VZ enter into a binding contract with Rusoro today?

And, if so, and we file for arbitration, is that contract enforceable or must our claim be resolved?

In other words, is there anything we can do to prevent Rusoro from breaking ground if they have VZ's blessing or is our recourse simply to arbitrate for damages?

I know in the US when there is a dispute regarding land, legal remedies are available that don't involve $ damages. For example, an injunction to stop Rusoro from mining, etc.

I'm guessing we are limited to $ damages...
