I would love to know what our 2/3 "partner" China is planning under these circumstances. I can't believe Hugo has thumbed his nose at the party that has lent him so much money, and to whom he is deeply indebted.

It would be great if CRRC publically announced that they would be financing KRY thru arbitration. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Chavez!
