I would love to know what our 2/3 "partner" China is planning under these circumstances. I can't believe Hugo has thumbed his nose at the party that has lent him so much money, and to whom he is deeply indebted.

At the same time, I have had the uneasy felling that Chavez has been in cahoots with the Russians, and with a wink, has told them he'll eventually arrange things so they can mine LC!

I would think that after months and months of negotiations, Crystallex's lawyers would be able get some inside information from the Chinese lawyers, and share it with us shareholders.

We have been told nothing; and deserve more from Management than just saying we're considering alternative courses of action. I hope they get back to us today. Surely, they had plans already formulated for this possibility.
