EZ, you better just read the the thread from the start...it's a fairly deep rabbit hole..

my guess is that some of the investors who lost out along the way may be starting thier own arbitration even before kry does. but this particular arbitration would seem to date back to when kry acquired LC 4 & 6 and seems to involve a lot of the insiders...

for all i know it could be a good thing for kry but there's a lot of smoke there..
