guys, not to break up the speculation but am i missing something here? it looks to me like the folks we bought concessions 4 & 6 from have started an arbitration case against venezuela regarding LC....does no one care or was this already addressed and i missed it?

this seems like a big deal to me...i hav'nt dug that deeply but i'm not really clear on what claim "red glove" or any of these offshore entities could have to LC other than some warrants that may have been affected...

anybody have a take on this?
