We MAY have to wait for Hugo to announce the deal. If he is sick and won't be able to by 2:00 PM Monday how will the Exchange handle it ? Will the Exchange give the stop trading order on KRY an extention or what???

I asked this question on a 5:25 PM post and didn't see an answer or missed it.

If we just go ahead without Hugo it could piss him off for stealing his thunder. He is a nutty SOB and could dump the deal.

If no news comes out and we open for trading it would be a zoo.
