BTW....here is a hypothetical.....maybe there is really truth to the words and actions linked to Rusoro being the "preferred miner" in Vz. I can see a "wink and nod" under the table deal between Rusoro where a certain amount of bullion is siphoned directly to Chavez and his cronies.....off the books of course. How on earth could GRZ or KRY compete with that?
