Maybe, but I am CERTAIN that the consortium that is involved with the JV had to sign disclosure agreeements to bargain in good faith and they cannot use the information given to take the property over. If it goes to the Chinese, KRY is a part of any deal OR they can be sued for damaged as well - tampering. The companies are all part of international agreements and as such are culpable to an extent as is VZ.
