Hugo is changing the political landscape into a military dictatorship in the same lines as Cuba. His ways are being taught to him by Castro Brothers. He also wants to incorporate the China model. Leader forever.

Any uprising in any district and the army is there. Hopefully he will also use his army to quell the highest murder rate in the world. In 10 years there have been 136,000 murders. Amazing number. Over this Xmas 2 days 116 murders were recorded.

The AN parlament means nothing now. To pass most legislation he needs 50% plus one which he has in membership. For legislation that require 2/3 of the vote which he doesn't have he will use his enabling act anyway. No need for parlament at all. Sitting and pretending to work is just a sham.

Legislation which requires 2/3 majority right now, he is sitting parlament until Jan 5th 2011 everyday well past midnight.

All of this scurrying is Castro's instructions of how to manage a military dictatorship and make it seem like a democracy. His followers eat it up. Hopefully not for much longer but I don't think so.

All internet will funnel through one node through him for example. A firewall around venezuela as in China.

He must be very well protected.
