I can only imagine that the first priority for establishing "military districts" will be in areas of opposition (i.e Zulia State).
Putting things in perspective....if you look at any picture of Chavez and his "troops"...they look like a bunch of couch potatoes that were hurriedly rounded up at the local mall. They didn't even have time to wipe the jelly donut sugar off of their faces before being put in uniform for Christ's sake. Like everything else in Venezuela....lazy, unprofessional, directionless and corrupt. No doubt they'll be the best paid employees in the country....and since the opposition is basically defenseless, they'll be able to lock the country down without a problem, especially with the help of their Cuban mentors.
Should the United States weary of Chavez' antics, a single highly skilled assassin will easily take the mo' fo' out with a single bullet. I can't wait.
