i dont see why our diplomats should apologize...i dont see anything in the cables so far that was false. hugo IS turning venezuela into another zimbabwe and as far as insulting zimbabwe...please....maybe a little honesty is a good thing. awhile back hugo was cursing wikileaks for leaking his emails.
