It seems to me that for a speculative play, this stock offers an unusually strong baseline of vallue - arbitration trumps all if nothing else happens. It's not like a Bre-X, where everyonje fell over themselves to pay upwards of $90 for a big bag of nothing. I think we're all p'd off because we know that in a normal place, this stock could be worth north of $20-25 and more.

As far as crapping on KRY's board, they may have made poor financcing decisions in the past, and any number of other questionable calls. Now here, today, I am convinced that KRY is essentially on the sidelines - the decisions are being made at the government level.

As far as the Chinese are concerned, I don't believe they have any particular love for KRY. There is always the chance that Hugo F.Y. plays around enough to send them home with their toys, but in my opinion, that won't happen here: they've done a deal that's been publicized and they've started spending in Vennie. They are probably quite happy to have him jerk them around for a while, behind the scenes, but I believe that at some point in time, they will put their foot down aand demand action.

Finally, there's lots of indications that a whole host of issues in the LC area are being addressed now, and it seems to me that everything is slowly falling into place. It maay end up like a giant poker game - the permit comes the day after we file for arbitration for 100% of the mine, as originally promised.
