There def seems to be a vortex forming. What is with the mining announcements of the Ole Pres Sunday's scheduled and then cancellations. I had to laugh that the President of Venezuela would use a meaningless Cuban event to cancel another speech. Maybe Khan / China really are the key to all the postponements.
