All we have left is to speculate on is the second hand remarks reported here..... that this deal would be completed in the fourth quarter. If the consensus is that the mailing needs to go out and be approved before this happens, I would expect something to happen before the middle of this month.

That would mean this week or the beginning of the next.

But the Q3 report is reported for a release this Friday and along with thousands of other small investors I hope that there will be some good news or a statement that favors us in this release. I am afraid that the track record of info release trends toward the not much likely to happen catagory.

If the belief is one can just announce a deal without shareholder approval, I guess waiting until the end of December is possible. Selling some shares I bought in the stratosphere, before the end of this December is a definite. Whether we get a pop or not.
