However, in the past, President Chavez talks then does. He already made one comment about the chinese mining gold in Alo Presidente on Oct. 10th. I believe he is ready to take actions that will be in the gaeceta (sp?).

At the least, Crystallex will have to have a press release addressing his comments, especially if he gets granular about concession #'s.
