that's one way to look at it.

the other way is, when hugo mentions a russo/chinese/vennie venture and makes no mention of kry....it would be nice to know that we had some assurance china was'nt rolling us over...

even if hugo announces this sunday it could take weeks for official announcements and a pr from kry....
