I think it's probably possible for Vennie to yank the MOC, and CRRC to walk away from our preliminary agreement, IF THE FINAL, BINDING AGREEMENT has not been signed; with us left to chase Vennie in arbitration. The bigger problem then for us, IMO, becomes "who's paying for our arbitraation?" in that scenario, 'cause loans, etc., won't be from CRRC.

Having said all this, I am very comfortable that we get a positive resolution - though timing still unknown; and, unfortunately, exact %age in our pockets at the end of the day unknown.

By the way - if a buyout is in the cards, do you guys have any thoughts as to whether we could still be targeted by a big miner like Goldcorp, or are we stuck with CRRC or vennie buying us out?

Finally, regarding timing - I suppose our BOD could claim a 4th quarter resolution if the main agreement with CRRC is finalized and the MOC is tranbssferred to the JV on December 31, even though the shareholders' vote doesn't come 'til '11.
