I mentioned finding a arbitration finance partner as a threat, CRRC could be a possibility might have to go 50/50 for staking the arbitration and paying off the bondholders, unless we can get the bondholders to agree to wait along with us? My math is bad but 50% of a 3B settlement would be about $3.75 not too bad for a bunch of yahoos who got to buy all they wanted at .40 I am sure China's long term strategy does not include Chavez, just securing the rights to Venezuelan minerals.

I do not think waiting until April of next year to file arbitration is wise, I would be looking to secure financial backing now and drawing a line in the sand. I do not want to wait for the "We tried everything we could...... but Venezuela would not budge" sob story later.
