Let's say Venezuela jerks us off past the mid November quarterly release. Could China\KRY still go thru with some type of partnership\agreement whereby arbitration is financed by the Chinese? Prior to announcing this strategy....China drops a dime to Hugo and advises him he has one week to grant the permit or it's on to arbitration. Result if Hugo doesn't obey his new economic masters?
