What is settling with GRZ cost Chavez? Doug is asking for a lot of money.

I always thought Venezuela could participate in a new CRRC/KRY/VEN JV if they added LB and made some concessions, but I never could imagine (between all the players involved) this ever could be accomplished.

What do you all think? Investors are anticipating a buyout/settlement of GRZ? My buyout/settlement chance risk/reward would have to be a double short term.

Is a buyout of GRZ @ 3 dollars per share fair to avoid arbitration and a possible larger loss later?
