The question was whether Chavez actually made those comments. Not whether they were came true. But since you are going down that road, if Chavez changed his mind on the Russians, what makes you think he can't change his mind on the Chinese? Remember, it was once believed he'd never mess with the Russians either because they protected him. The whole country is a mess. I can't wait until this saga is finally over.
