It would be great to have a Chinese company reach a settlement with Gold Reserve.

But, I am just wanting to see the A&F Agreement signed and subsequent shareholder vote set. I imagine Fung is focusing on the A&F Agreement and not negotiating a settlement on behalf of Venezuela or a third party buyout of Gold Reserve's interest.

Of course, we have been sitting on the action of the A&F Agreement signing for 3 months now and not much else to discuss so we might as well chew on the pie in the sky possibilities.

According to the initial timeline, I thought this deal would be closing by the 10th of Sept. but we haven't confirmed the 1st step yet.
