The good news is that we should have news by the first week in November (to meet the revised 4th quarter closing estimate) at the latest unless things are delayed again. But even if things are delayed for another 6 months or more after the expiration of the 4th quarter "deadline", I'm sure KRY management will make us aware of any additional delay at that time.
