Excuse me. Just so I understand your complaint. Are you saying the following statement is not accurate:

"The political risk in Ven is just too high to "back up the truck", "bet the farm" and any other investing cliche."

If you take exception to THAT statement (and believe investing in KRY is worth "betting the farm" and "backing up the truck", then you've got the biggest balls on the planet!
