I agree GW something is up with this date and it seems CRRC needs to either buy in from now until Sept 10 or we see them call the loan which wouldn't sound very bullish on this whole thing.

My guess is you are very right about the elections and the permit. Sept 10 puts a shareholder vote Sept 30 or thereabouts into the 4th qtr.
