gw, legally and morally, i dont see how they could justify NOT having a press release.

it's definately material.

the deal is done, over, or extended....

personally, i expect an end of day release (4:05est) or over the weekend that the deal is complete.....i think the timing is more related to the over-allotment and shaking out the last bits of retail but who knows...
