the deal is done, over, or extended....

personally, i expect an end of day release (4:05est) or over the weekend that the deal is complete.....i think the timing is more related to the over-allotment and shaking out the last bits of retail but who knows...

like someone else said...this is typical kry "let the retail eat cake"....
