dlbehrns....if there is no new company being formed, and this JV is for LC only, then what is stopping Crystallex from doing exploration work and drilling on their other concessions? Unless the final JV agreement that is signed, (most likely by the end of next week) has anything in it that ties Crystallex's other concession's to the JV, then I would think they are free to explore and drill on their own.
