The question of a buyout

Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
It has been suggested that sometime between when a permit is issued, and production starts, some biggy will buy out KRY.
Seeing as this would have to be with the approval of the BOD, I can't see this happening. There was the suggesting that CRRC would be the one to buy out KRY. From my recollection of the wording in the initial JV agreement, CRRC has to vote their shares with the majority, in any vote by the BOD, for 3 years. In other words, they wouldn't be able to use their 19.9% (if they acquire that much), plus 31.1 of other shareholders, to force a buyout.
So it seems to me that a buyout situation couldn't happen for a least three years, barring our BOD wanting to jump ship.......I wanted to put this out there, so I could get some feedback.
I'd rather not have to think about dealing with that for several years, thank you very much!
