So I guess that Crystallex's next move (assuming this whole deal goes through) is to promote the stock? Seems it's to their benefit to get the word out in a big way that the JV is formed and the permit has been granted.

Other question: if CRRC management is in a "full speed ahead" mode concerning the mine, I would guess they are interested in building it post-haste, no? Does anyone see a mine in less than 18 months time?
