RC never seems to point out that RML too is traded on the stock exchange and he never seems to have visited those message boards as well. RML has investors just like the rest of us but somehow those investors are different that many here? My guess is that there are many KRY investors over the years that have purchased RML stock as well.

My guess would be that RC has been paid through RML stock. Over time RC has complained of how broke he is. RML's share price is in the dumps and what better way to TRY and garner some interest for their pps by using the "partner of choice" and tying it somehow some way to the largest deposit around. Sad times for Roy indeed.

Even Rusoro says its not tied to LC. As for the 50/50 Venrus venture? Well anyone can form a joint venture we are in that process now. As for VZ wanting a piece of LC? They already have it, they own the concession plus will get royalties and taxes....they are getting their share and now have their parnter of choice in China. As far as I know China will have the MOC and the MOC doesn't state anywhere that a VZ/KRY joint venture has/had to happen and thats why the company still states the MOC is valid and China Railway wants it. If a joint venture with VZ was required at some point I am sure that is when arbitration would rear its ugly head.
