I felt compelled to write RC, and question his journalism....for what it's worth.

Dear Roy
With regards to your latest article on the June 3rd announcement of a JV between Crystallex International, and the Chinese corporation, CRRC.
I am curious as to why you feel the nescessity to so viciously attack investors of Crystallex? They are ordinary people who invested in a company in good faith, all but lost their money, and are hoping for a positive outcome. It is not Crystallex who has tied up the permit. It is not Crystallex who has made outrageous comments in the last 2-3 years. It is not Crystallex who has ignored the very damaging illegal mining. It is not Crystallex who has alowed the all but irrivocable damage to the enviroment of VZ.
It will be Crystallex that hires and houses thousands of workers. It will be Crystallex who will be mining in a responsible manner. It is Crystallex who has done many millions of dollars worth of extensive social projects for the people in the area of Las Cristinas. It is Crystallex who built and supplied the medical clinic, sewage treatment plant, water treatment systems, built houses and paved roads....all in good faith.
It WAS Chavez himself that gave the blessing to Crystallex, in the awarding of the MOC.
So why are you constanty and blatantly bashing Crystallex, and it's investors? Many have had their money tied up for years. Why would you begrudge them a good return after all these years? Especially since it would hugely benefit a very depressed area of Venezuela?
Do you not get paid for the work you do? Do you expect decent renumeration for the work you do on others behalf?
I would also suggest that you look at the past news articles that mention VenRus and the development of LC. Nothing has ever been signed, confirmed, or officially announced, that would establish a definete JV to mine Crystallex's portion of Las Cristinas.
I would suggest also, that you, as an editor, do more DD, and confirm your FACTS, before putting them in print. I believe that is what true journalism is about.
Sincerely
Keith Light
