My GOD EZ, it is a relief that someone else has actually read the terms of the contract. I am a lawyer and that clause in the contract is FULL PROOF!!!! I would luv to bring that to court in 20 years, but hope to be out this before then. I agree nice try on Z's part. However, I know the risk and have pissed in my pants with this play many times and agree with the posters that nothing is ever a guranteed but neither is tomorrow.
