I think both sides need to take a big breath and relax.

We are all frustrated by owning Kry and need to focus on what is happening now.

For those who have been here for a while it makes sense to be cautious and possibly even cynical about the PERMIT. They are correct that the permit carrot has been dangled before by Kry only to not appear. I don't blame Kry or Fung for this however, I blame Hugo and the dysfunctional country of VZ. Over the last couple years shareholders have demanded answers and action only to get the standard answer that Kry as far as they know are good to go. No one has asked the to change anything! We are keeping our MOC complient in case we need to go to arbitration.

Frustrating indeed!

Well we finally got some real news. We have a binding agreement with a Chinese company owed by the Chinese government to work out a deal for 2/3 of our MOC and equipment to mine LC. The deal hinges on Kry getting permission to change the ownership of the MOC and CRRC getting the PERMIT released. Forget all the rest of the legal mumbo jumbo we are arguing about. It boils down to CRRC delivering the PERMIT and CVG and the VZ government approving of the transfer of the MOC. NO PERMIT NO DEAL!

For those who believe RF and KRY have finally done what needed to be done they are jubilant and confident. They have finally got a deal that they believe will allow Kry to mine gold and reap the benifits. They also believe that even if the deal falls apart the bought deal $40 million financing will allow Kry to go to arbitration. They have faith again that things are right in the world.

Joyful indeed!

Now the problem here on the board is that those who have waited so long for this real news don't want to listen to those who keep saying they hope everything works out but they have seen this dog and pony show before. Both sides are making each other mad and calling each other names because one side has faith and the other side doesn't.

Why are we fighting?

The answers to this debate will arrive soon. Some will come at the AGM. Some will come with the PP and possible over allotment closing end of June. Some will come with the final agreement end of July. These will all factor into the shareholder vote in August which will pass. (I have no doubt) This leaves only the final answer to the biggest question. Will the PERMIT be release by the end of September?

I believe the answer will be yes! For all those who want to wait till it is delivered before getting excited, I have no problem. I know where you stand and appreciate your skepticism but please understand that once you have told me where you stand you don't need to tell me I'm wrong over and over again.

Please boys and girls, show a little patience and respect. Time will answer all questions!
