actually port, the questions i posted, i dont know the answers to... i.e. what's the plan if no permit comes?

as far as kry not mining LC, there are a few possibilities:

1- the same illegals who have been mining it.

2- the chinese without KRY

dont get me wrong, i'm really hoping this deal gets done!! but dont delude yourself into thinking kry is in a position of strength here... one EZ is enough... :)
