I hear what you are saying but as I wrote, let's wait until that update is published. What if gold prices drop? What if we are forced to sell gold to the gov't at a discount? Too many unknowns. That's why I say, let's stick with exactly what we know right now.

In addition, if I'm not mistaken, when they do get around to updating reserves, they don't just use today's gold price. I believe they use a 36 month average or something along those lines.
