Question: Does this mean they are negotiating seperately with Venezuela to form this partnership? I find that to be an interesting approach.+++++++++++++

Since CRRC is explicitly stated as the party responsible for getting the permit, the above language is directed more toward CRRC keeping Crystallex informed but still protecting Crystallex' rights to communicate with CVG and Environment Ministry regarding the permit.
