arbitration does'nt control the asset. just look at the nationalized oil concessions or other nationalizations...

i'm not sure what kry actually brings to the table to be a partner with the chinese on brisas, but the venz have been touting LB/LC as a combined mine for awhile now...maybe it's part of the deal we hav'nt heard about yet...stranger things have happened...

i know if i was china i'd be looking at a combined LB/LC with kry's MOC...man, you're talking about the largest frickin low cost deposit (with favorable terms, and a short to be around hugo)....yummmmm... dream on.....
