No-Bear, I don't think it would be the Russian government putting in 200 milllion for Rusoro. Agapov has plenty to invest. That interview was the strongest words I've seen, that basically lambasted Chavez and the Central Bank. The gloves are off, and I believe Agapov no longer gives a damn about their 'special' relationship with VZ. I see now why there was a change of leadership in Rusoro. Agapov was pissed, and, under the past CEO, there was too much pandering going on with regards to Rusoro's dealings with VZ, around the dollar/bolivar exchage issue, and the percantage of gold allowed for export.Getting the workers involved was, I think, a stroke of genius.It's no longer just Chavez/Central Bank against the 'International Companies', it's them against their own people.

If those issues don't change, then I see Rusoro winding down operations to the bare minimum, blatantly challenging Chavez.This is going to come to a head, because if China really gets to be a major in Gold production in VZ, it will not, under the prescent circumstances.

The above will be good for us. We aren't there yet, and are not in a position to fight that issue, and we don't want to have to. Let's watch Russia(Rusoro) and China fight that battle, so that when our solution comes to light....well..it won't be an issue any longer...Yeh!
