Interesting, but I think that the real problem with Rusoro investment is that Russia is broke and is not available to loan money on Rusoro projects -- the Russians went hat in hand to the EU for $$ and technology last week to save their own economy.

When you're broke and trying to borrow from somebody else whose broke, you aren't going to do much investing outside your own industry.

On the other hand, the Chinese have a big pile of dollars that they need to convert into something more likely to hold value than a greenback.
