Ok, so that is about what I concluded as well. In essence, the gov't owns it while KRY holds the contract to mine with CVG. So, other than a 'contract' or nod from the gov't, we have no legal stake in the land, merely the mining rights. So, assuming Chavez cares about the sanctions imposed on his country through a potential arbitration 'win' they serve as the catalyst to move forward? Barring of course hopeful promise of a partner from China whom he is likely to deal with? I really need to get that rabbit scrubbed up and put back in his hat...seems it may be time....gasp, gulp
