I have read for what seems hours and have yet to actually find any info whatsoever about how Crystallex came to owns rights on the mine. I see they acquired a company holding shares but, seems there isn't any legal documentation as to ownership other than to Vanessa Ventures and the government. Granted, the whole story is so bogged down in politics and law suits that a clear owner is muddied, I just wonder if someone may bless me with the part I am missing?
