if the chinese or russians dont buy us out ("out of the way")...then i think by july we'll be in arbitration, financed by some "arbitration type investor"...

One thing is certain...Venezuela is the one with hat in hand borrowing billions from China. It goes without saying that China may have some say over the terms of the KRY development deal if China does, in fact, have a dog in the KRY race.
