the one thing that we just cant get around is hugo....i dont believe kry will ever mine LC as long as he remains in office...

i can see an investor with deep pockets buying in for the long term though. it seems that IF hugo is replaced it will be with a much more moderate (biz friendly) leadership......just finance kry from the sidelines until the political situation changes. it really would'nt take that much cash (all things considered) to just outwait hugo..

although lately i'm getting concerned that hugo might just pull off a total power grab and be the next "shah of venezuela"...he's really not that bright imo, but he's ruthless and no one is opposing him effectively..in that case, we could have 20 more years of alo presidente ...
